You will save 10% if you buy an annual subscription, paying for 12 months in advance.

All we ask is that you give us 14 days to cancel your monthly subscription (as set out in our T's & C's), to allow us enough time to cancel.

Note: you cannot cancel an annual subscription that is paid for in advance (no refunds are given). You can, however, pause deliveries for up to 3 months, skip a month or change delivery address.

To guarantee deliveries for the following month, new subscriptions must be purchased by the 15th of the current month.

Our letters, in addition to being exciting and engaging, follow and build upon the national curriculum. These are designed for between 4-5, 6-7 and 7-8 years of age. We understand that each child will progress at a different rate on their unique learning journey. We ask you to let us know their age and reading level when you sign up, and will tailor their experience to suit. 

However, we say from 4 years old because in our experience, even though few 4 year olds can read on their own, this is a key age where children begin to identify letters, match letters to sounds and recognise the start and end of sounds.

All letters are posted on the 1st of each month (unless this falls on a Sunday, in which case they will be posted one day earlier). Most people can expect to receive their letter within 2 days of posting (unless you live on a remote island).
