Welcome to My Pirate Pen Pal! We're thrilled to have you join our educational and fun subscription service for children. Before embarking on this exciting journey with your young one(s), please take a moment to review our terms and conditions:

**1. Subscription Terms:**

   a. By subscribing to My Pirate Pen Pal, you agree to receive a monthly educational, engaging, and fun letter for your child.

   b. Monthly rolling contracts can be canceled with one month's written notice. To cancel, please send an email to admin@mypiratepenpal.co.uk with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and include your full name and subscription details.

   c. Cancellation requests received after the monthly billing date will be effective from the following month.

**2. Billing:**

   a. Payment for the subscription will be automatically processed on a monthly basis.

   b. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. Failure to do so may result in a delay or interruption of the subscription service.

c. All payments must be made before your order / first subscription will be send.

**3. Free Birthday Card:**

   a. The free birthday card is exclusively available to customers with an annual subscription.

   b. To redeem the free birthday card, please ensure that your subscription is active during the month of your child's birthday. The card will be included in the regular monthly mailing.

**4. Content and Educational Materials:**

   a. Our content is carefully curated to be educational, engaging, and age-appropriate. However, individual preferences may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific content requests, though we do welcome requests and will try our best to facilitate.

   b. My Pirate Pen Pal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the subscription service, including content, without prior notice.

**5. Communication:**

   a. By subscribing to My Pirate Pen Pal, you agree to receive communications related to your subscription, including updates, promotions, and important announcements.
