What ages is this suitable for?+
My Pirate Pen Pal is designed for children aged 4–8. We tailor the letters to an average developmental reading level, so the activities and stories fit your explorer and support their learning throughout this exciting journey.
How is the letter personalised?+
Every letter arrives in a beautiful envelope that is personally addressed to your child by name, creating a moment of magic every month.
When will my first letter arrive?+
All letters are posted out the first week of each new month. Whilst we are at the behest of Royal Mail, this means that most letters arrive between weeks 1–2 of each month.
Can I cancel any time?+
You can cancel your monthly subscription any time by emailing admin@mypiratepenpal.co.uk. Unfortunately gifted and annual subscriptions cannot be cancelled.
Do you ship outside the UK?+
